Cancellation Policy
At Bellavis, I value your time and appreciate you valuing mine! To keep things running smoothly and ensure the best experience for everyone, I have a few simple policies in place. 1️⃣ Cancellations & Rescheduling • Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a 50% charge of the service total, which the client expressly authorizes at the time of booking. • Same-day cancellations are considered a no-show and will result in a 100% charge of the service total. 2️⃣ No-Show Policy • Clients who fail to attend their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service total, which the client expressly authorizes at the time of booking. • After two no-shows, full prepayment will be required to schedule any future services. 3️⃣ Late Arrivals • A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After this, the appointment may be forfeited and charged as a no-show (100% of the service total). • If I am still able to accommodate the appointment within the remaining time, the full-service fee applies. Clients assume full responsibility for any reduced results or incomplete services due to tardiness. • Bellavis is not responsible for adjustments, refunds, or compensation due to shortened appointment time. 4️⃣ Retainer & Payment Policy • A retainer fee is required for select services. This retainer is earned at the time of booking, non-transferable, and non-refundable. • The retainer does not guarantee appointment modifications, and any changes are subject to my availability and rescheduling policies. • Cancellation and no-show charges will be automatically processed to the card on file, which the client expressly authorizes upon booking. • Failure to provide valid payment information will result in the inability to schedule future appointments. 5️⃣ Exceptions & Emergencies • I understand that emergencies happen. If an unforeseen emergency arises, please contact me as soon as possible. I reserve the right to waive cancellation fees at my sole discretion for verified medical emergencies or other exceptional circumstances. By booking an appointment with Bellavis, the client agrees to this policy in full. Bellavis reserves the right to update policies as needed.
